Community: Adult Adoptees of Color

BY US FOR US (BUFU)
Adult Adoptees/Foster Alumnx of Color Monthly Community Connections

In light of COVID-19 and the social distancing that comes with it, we need to work creatively and collaboratively to maintain, strengthen and build new community connections. We hope that we can use this online safe space as an echo chamber or sounding board and it can be a source of inspiration as we navigate the challenging times ahead of us. Wherever you are in your journey, join us as we share in a safe space to connect!

Possible Topics for Discussion:
The intersections of adoption, race & COVID-19
Vulnerability & Resilience- economic impact, mental health issues & more

We will meet virtually from 4pm to 5pm PDST every 2nd Friday of each month. Join us next on May 14th!
